This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome!
DDP Yoga
Instructors: Zack
DDP Yoga uses dynamic resistance where you perform the same actions you would when lifting weights, but without the barbells. Instead, you use your own body and muscle tension to add resistance. Adding dynamic resistance allows your heart rate to climb higher than it would normally when doing yoga.
EMOM
Instructors: Gina
Short for every minute on the minute, and is a form of interval training. The challenge is to complete a predetermined number of repetitions (reps) of a particular exercise within 60 seconds. Then, you use whatever time is left in that minute to rest before moving on to the next set.
Pilates
Instructor: Brenda
Pilates is a low-impact mat class that focuses on strengthening and toning the core muscles in addition to improving posture, balance and flexibility. This class introduces the basic Pilates exercises that target and train the abdomen while sculpting all the major muscle groups by deepening the workout with props while continuing to focus on strengthening the core and improving flexibility and posture.
Ride & Renew
Instructor: Gina & Sarah
Join Gina and Sarah for a spin class and then yoga. Participants are allowed to come for one or both portions of the ride and renew.
Strength & Sweat
Instructor: Shirley
This is a combo of strengthening moves using weights, tubing, stability ball, and cardio exercises done at your own pace and need level
Suspension
Instructor: Gina
Strength training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously
Yoga
Instructor: Kathy & Brenda
We work towards strengthening and stretching the body in a way that is safe and accessible to all. By focusing on correct alignment, breath work, and listening to the body everyone can experience the benefits of yoga. Beginner friendly. Instructor: Lorelei
Zumba
Instructor: Tania
Perfect for everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
