April Borsodi
Hello Everyone! My name is April Borsodi. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I believe exercise and nutrition are key components to a healthy, daily lifestyle. I am passionate about wellness. My favorite part of being a CPT is seeing clients improve and gaining a different perspective on exercise and nutrition. It's rewarding to me to assemble exercise programs and work with clients to achieve their goal. I love my profession and the people I assist. Come join me on an exciting wellness journey!
Sara Foucault
Hi! I am Sara and I studied Exercise Science at Northern Michigan University for my undergraduate degree. I have been a personal trainer since 2018 and swam competitively throughout college. I love staying active and playing sports, and I mostly teach Body Balance and Yoga.
Lys Dobbs
Lys recently graduated from UW-Whitewater with a BSE and licensure in Physical Education, Adapted PE, and Health Education, with minors in Military Science & Leadership and Women’s & Gender Studies. Lys is currently pursuing their MSE in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and Athletic Administration! They just completed NASM/AFAA Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach courses and are excited to start offering services at the WAFC, where they started working in 2022 as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and front desk supervisor! :) Lys also has experience coaching middle and high school Cross Country and Track & Field!
