We are looking for individuals who thrive on teamwork, are passionate about health and fitness, are willing to put in the hard work, and enjoy being part of a fun fast-paced environment!


Depending on availability, the WAFC is looking for:

  • Lifeguards

  • Front Desk & Concessions 

  • Swim Instructors

  • Fitness Instructors

The WAFC staff includes approximately 20-30 lifeguards, 12 front desk and concession staff and 10-12 fitness instructors.
